Who is the program for?
Creators, publishers, educators, consultants and agencies with an audience of founders, business owners, marketers, salespeople or operations teams. We look for useful, original content and clear promotion channels. Applying does not guarantee approval.
What earns a commission?
The public offer lists a default payout of 30% of the order sale amount for both Subscription and Deposit events. Deposit means a credit top-up. An order must be attributed to you and approved under your Impact contract. Some partners have individually agreed rates; your accepted contract controls your payout.
How does the 30-day attribution window work?
The public offer uses last-click attribution and allows credit for clicks within 30 days of the qualifying action. A click alone does not earn a commission. Impact determines the credited partner under the contract's attribution and stand-down rules.
When will I get paid?
Actions lock 27 days after the end of the month in which they are tracked. Approved transactions are scheduled for payment 20 days after the end of the month in which they lock. For example, an action tracked in January locks on February 27, with an approved payout scheduled for March 20. The offer is denominated in USD; currency conversion may apply based on your account settings.
Is this a lifetime recurring commission?
The public offer does not promise lifetime recurring commissions. Eligibility is determined for each tracked Subscription or Deposit action under your accepted contract and its attribution window.
What should I include in my application?
Include links to your website, newsletter, social channels or community, examples of recent content, who your audience is and where you plan to promote Okou. Be transparent about any paid traffic, coupon placements or third-party distribution so we can review the proposed channels.
What are the promotion requirements?
Share accurate claims based on your own experience and clearly disclose that you may earn a commission. Follow the promotion requirements in your accepted Impact agreement and applicable advertising rules. Discuss any additional channels or paid placements with us before making commitments.

This page summarizes the public offer; your accepted contract governs eligibility, rates, attribution, reversals and payment. Transactions can be reversed under the contract, and the public template allows changes or cancellation with one day's notice.
